The Site is hosted in the United States. The Site is subject to U.S. state and federal law.   2. To improve our services and products.
  3. Sending you promotional emails containing the information we think you will find interesting.
  4. To contact you to fill out surveys and participate in other types of market research.
  5. To customize our application or Website according to your online behavior and personal preferences.

At some point, you might wish to restrict the use and collection of your personal data. You can achieve this by doing the following:

  1. When you are filling the forms on the Application or Website, make sure to check if there is a box that you can leave unchecked, if you don’t want to disclose your personal information.
  2. If you have already agreed to share your information with us, feel free to contact us via email and we will be more than happy to change this for you.
  3. Company will not lease, sell or distribute your personal information to any third parties, unless we have your permission. We might do so to ensure compliance before any legal authority or in compliance with any laws in force for the time being. We may contact you to respond to your inquiry, provide information about our products and the Calei Pro Partner program, schedule installations or demonstrations, and (where permitted) send you marketing communications. These contacts may be made using automated dialling or messaging technology.

Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. For text programs, reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent or make a Do-Not-Call request at any time by emailing support@primoaire.com, and we will honor your request as required by law.

12. Information Collected Through Social Media, Advertising, and Lead Forms

We advertise on third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram (operated by Meta). When you respond to one of our advertisements, we may collect the information you submit through that platform’s lead or “instant” form features — such as your name, business name, email address, and telephone number — and use it for the purposes described in this Policy.

We may also share or upload contact information (such as email addresses or telephone numbers, often in hashed form) to advertising platforms such as Meta in order to create and reach “custom” and similar audiences, to measure and improve the performance of our advertising, and to show you relevant ads. These platforms process such information under their own terms and privacy policies. We upload only information that we have a lawful basis or your consent to use for these purposes.

We and our advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to deliver, measure, and optimize advertising. You can manage your advertising preferences through the settings offered by these platforms and through your browser or device controls.
